Itineraries

Day 1

Arrival in Entebbe

On your arrival at the airport, you will be picked up by your guide and transferred to your accommodation, depending on your arrival time; you can go out for a community walk before dinner and overnight.

Day 2

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

We’ll head to Bwindi via the beautiful hilly Kabale town, where we’ll stop for lunch. Then we’ll keep going toward Bwindi.

Day 3

Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Today, you will wake up early and head to the briefing ground in preparation for one of the most fascinating safari activities in Africa: Gorilla tracking!
With your lunch packed, you will head into the jungle to find your gorilla family. Once you meet these marvelous apes, you will spend one whole hour with them before returning to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 4

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After enjoying an early breakfast, we’ll work our way toward Queen Elizabeth National Park. We’ll stop in Ishasha to track the tree-climbing lions, then arrive in time for dinner and overnight.

Day 5

Queen Elizabeth National Park

Start the day off right with a morning game drive and explore more of the savannah and its habitats, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, and, if we’re lucky, even a cheetah or a lion. Return to your accommodation for lunch and a break before the afternoon boat ride on the Kazinga Channel.

Day 6

Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

We’ll start with an early breakfast, then head off to Kibale National Park in Western Uganda, one of the country’s best destinations for seeing a whole range of wildlife. We’ll arrive in time to relax and have some leg-stretching walks around your accommodation.

Day 7

Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale Forest National Park

Wake up early in the morning and head out for chimpanzee tracking for an amazing experience with these fascinating primates. We’ll then have lunch and relax before heading out for our Bigodi Swamp Walk, with the chance to spot the unique shoebill stock.

Day 8

Transfer to Entebbe

You will wake up early and transfer to Entebbe via Kampala. If time allows, we’ll add on a city tour and do some souvenir shopping.

Day 9

Fly to Arusha, then Transfer to Lake Manyara

After arriving in Arusha, your guide will pick you up and transfer you to Lake Manyara for a game drive. Then we’ll head to your accommodation for lunch and refreshment before heading out for an evening game drive.

Day 10

Transfer to Serengeti National Park

Wake up to an early breakfast and get ready for more exploration with a morning game drive. Then we’ll make our connection to Serengeti National Park in time for dinner and our night’s stay.

Day 11

Serengeti National Park

With your packed lunch, it’s time to set out for a day full of adventure. This game drive through Serengeti National Park will let you see over 30 species of animals and over 400 species of birds.

If you happen to make it in September, you’ll have front row seats to one of nature’s greatest wonders, the wildebeest migration, where you can see millions of animals moving across the Serengeti all at once.

Day 12

Ngoro Ngoro Crater

After a delicious breakfast, we’re heading out to Ngoro Ngoro and its crater. This is one of the highlights of this trip, an amazing wildlife experience on the floor of the world’s largest crater. We’ll return to Arusha for dinner and the night.

Day 13

Visit Zanzibar

After a relaxed breakfast, you will be dropped off at the airport and fly to Zanzibar ,where you will be picked by your guide. You’ll check in to your accommodation before heading out to explore Stone Town, full of great history and culture.

Day 14

Zanzibar Island

You will have breakfast and prepare for the day’s activities including a boat ride on a traditional dhow. Get ready to look out for dolphins!
You will also enjoy snorkeling, swimming and sunbathing along these beautiful beaches and islands as you see coral reefs and more marine life. Return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 15

Departure

You will have breakfast and be dropped off at Zanzibar airstrip for an onward flight back home via Arusha
